Refunds and Returns

Returns Policy

Full price items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving them. Sale items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving them.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
  • Swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
  • W.P.S.C. Gift Cards and Vouchers are non-refundable.

After placing an order you will receive order and delivery confirmation emails. 

  1. When returning items, please email us at returns@westernportsupply.co first outlining the reason for the return with an image of the affected product showing the fault. 
  2. Please note the order number in the title of the email.
  3. Once we issue with a return authorisation then you can send the item back to W.P.S.C.
  4. You will need to pay for the safe return of the item via Australia Post or their affiliates overseas and any other charges applicable in your country.
  5. Allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed once it is received by us. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Once a refund has been issued, please allow up to 5 working days for this to appear on your account.


All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging.

W.P.S.C. reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable.
