Refunds and Returns
Returns Policy
Full price items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving them. Sale items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving them.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
- Swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
- W.P.S.C. Gift Cards and Vouchers are non-refundable.
After placing an order you will receive order and delivery confirmation emails.
- When returning items, please email us at returns@westernportsupply.co first outlining the reason for the return with an image of the affected product showing the fault.
- Please note the order number in the title of the email.
- Once we issue with a return authorisation then you can send the item back to W.P.S.C.
- You will need to pay for the safe return of the item via Australia Post or their affiliates overseas and any other charges applicable in your country.
- Allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed once it is received by us. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Once a refund has been issued, please allow up to 5 working days for this to appear on your account.
All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging.
W.P.S.C. reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable.
